The family of Puerto Rican Julio Luis Figueroa Mitchell, a Korean War veteran who was part of the 65th Infantry Regiment, U.S. Army and died in 1951 of wounds received in combat, is still seeking to have his name added to memorials in the U.S. capital and Puerto Rico.
