Washington D.C.- Once the U.S. House Committee on Natural Resources decides to advance or rule out status legislation, that committee will address the debate on what requirements should be met for the Fiscal Oversight Board (FOMB) to stop, earlier than expected, controlling the financial decisions of Puerto Rico’s elected government.
