The Oversight Board warned Governor Pedro Pierluisi that it will take “the measures it deems necessary” to prevent the implementation of Act 60′2021 and Act 50-2022, which amend the Puerto Rico Incentives Code, if the government does not present data to support how the loss of revenues will be corrected or to support the figures that, according to its estimates, the state will no longer receive in revenues.
