Río Grande - Armed with picks, shovels, and sturdy boots, a dozen volunteers from Para la Naturaleza spent Friday maintaining the historic natural pool in El Yunque National Forest, known as “Baño Grande,” as part of an ongoing effort to preserve the site, which was built by hardworking Jíbaro workers from the Civil Conservation Corps (CCC) between 1936 and 1938.
