The Puerto Rico Solar Energy and Storage Association (SESA) formally notified the Energy Bureau (PREB) of its opposition to the possibility that, as of September 1, participants in the net metering program will be charged two fees based on their consumption level that cannot be offset by exported energy, as proposed by LUMA Energy last week.
