On the 80th anniversary of its creation, the Graduate School of Public Administration of the University of Puerto Rico (UPR), at the Río Piedras campus, remains in force, but faces a crucial moment: given the historical juncture the island is going through, its leaders are calling for a rebirth of institutional support, recalling the fundamental role it has played in the training of experts and to continue counting on its resources and services.
