The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) reported Friday afternoon that Guaynabo-based King Tallow, LLC. recalled approximately 353 pounds of beef tallow (beef fat) cooking oil processed, packaged, and labeled, according to the agency, “without the benefit of federal inspection.”
