Factors associated with the purchase of fuel and energy would cause an increase of just over two cents per kilowatt hour (kWh) in the electricity bill, starting in October, for residential customers of LUMA Energy, according to the quarterly adjustment proposal that the consortium delivered to the Negotiate of Energy (NEPR), and which already incorporates the provisional increase in the base rate that came into effect in August.
