The development of the roadmap to bring Puerto Rico -for the first time- into compliance with the air quality standards that the U.S. government implemented in 2010, is on hold while the Puerto Rico Energy Bureau (PREB) revises the Integrated Resource Plan (IRP), acknowledged the director of the Caribbean Division of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Carmen Guerrero.
