Geizel Gerena Mojica and her husband, William Medina Rivera, attended Puerto Rico’s government job and services fair at Plaza Las Américas on Tuesday in search of fresh food, to submit an application for the Nutrition Assistance Program (PAN), and to obtain information about other available aid, driven by the worry caused by the longest federal government -for which they work- shutdown in U.S. history.
