AM Acquisition I LLC, owned by Auxilio Mutuo Hospital, and Metro Caguas Incorporated, owned by Metro Pavia Health System, will be the new owners of the HIMA San Pablo Group hospitals in Bayamón and Caguas, respectively after Federal Bankruptcy Court Judge Enrique Lamoutte Inclán approved Tuesday the purchase of the facilities for a total of $39 million.
