The Federal Bankruptcy Court Judge in San Juan, Enrique Lamoutte Inclán, approved Tuesday a purchase and sale agreement between the Hima San Pablo Group and Auxilio Mutuo Hospital, which offered $18 million to acquire the hospital in Bayamón.
