Three female inmates studying for a master’s degree at the University of Puerto Rico (UPR) have allegedly faced obstacles in the past months to complete their homework and use their electronic equipment at the Hogar Intermedio para Mujeres, where they have also been prohibited from refrigerating the food they buy and limited to 10 pieces of clothing in their possession.
