Citing what it considers a maritime safety and accident risk in San Juan Bay, the U.S. Coast Guard issued separate orders against two cargo shipping companies operating between Puerto Rico and several Lesser Antilles islands. The vessels had been docking in a way that obstructed the navigation channel, and are therefore barred, for now, from continuing operations there.
