Three judges - all male - of the Court of Appeals on Friday declared unconstitutional a subsection of the crime of feminicide for finding that it “violates the due process of law” of a defendant charged with the murder of his wife, in Villalba, whose daughter had testified, at the preliminary hearing in the case, that she was the victim of a pattern of domestic violence.
