Failures detected in the La Plata and Guajataca dams, as a result of the passage of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico, have left the unavoidable task of ensuring the stabilization and repair necessary in these structures, as well as accelerating the dredging, cleaning and reforestation of hydrographic basins.
