It is not yet known how many members it will have, but it is said they will not charge for their services
The recent creation of a new Transformation Advisory Council and the position of modernization officer for the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) raise doubts about the existence of a plan that indicates where the public corporation wants to go, said yesterday former-members of the governing board of the corporation, as well as experts in the energy issue.
