Led by efforts to replace a large part of the existing power generation fleet, the government has a list of three “priority projects” that will be promoted under the public-private partnership (APP) model, with a view to signing contracts in the summer of 2026 and adding them to the seven initiatives already operating under this administrative mechanism.
