Reacting that his expression was “defamatory and completely false,” Interior Secretary Francisco Domenech on Thursday reaffirmed the response he gave to the Senate earlier this week, in which he charged the General Services Administration (GSA) with opposition to implementing a technology platform, called Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), that seeks to integrate the government’s financial, budgetary and administrative systems.
