A week after the Department of Energy (DOE) released the second part of the PR100 study - which explores alternatives for Puerto Rico to transition to a system based entirely on clean energy - the U.S. Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm made her third visit to the island since October when President Joe Biden entrusted her with the mission of accelerating Puerto Rico´s energy transformation.
