The leadership of the Puerto Rican Independence Party (PIP) called on Governor Jenniffer González and the resident commissioner in Washington, Pablo José Hernández, to require the U.S. government to discard and cease any military reuse -to dispose of munitions or conduct new training- of the Vieques land.
