LUMA Energy stated on Sunday that the secretary of the Governor’s Office, Francisco Domenech, “seeks to divert attention” when he attributes the delay in rebuilding the energy grid to the consortium, without considering that the Puerto Rico Fiscal Agency and Financial Advisory Authority (AAFAF), which he heads, has not taken action on the necessary guidelines to put into operation the $750 million Revolving Fund.
