At a time when President Donald Trump is considering eliminating the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to place greater responsibilities on state governments, the Bureau of Emergency Management and Disaster Administration (NMEAD) has only 133 employees and requires 113 additional staff to have an optimal workforce, confirmed Secretary of Public Safety (DSP) Arthur Garffer.
