In light of the 34% approval rating his performance received in the federal capital —according to the latest edition of La Encuesta de El Nuevo Día— Puerto Rico’s resident commissioner in Washington, Pablo José Hernández Rivera, stated that he will remain focused on “working and communicating his achievements, such as the rum billion and the protection of the Nutrition Assistance Program (PAN).”
