Puerto Rico House Speaker Rafael “Tatito” Hernández said that legal counsels for both legislative bodies are preparing the arguments to challenge the indefinite extension to LUMA Energy’s supplementary contract agreed with the island´s government at the end of November 2022. They seek to file an appeal in the “short term”.
