Washington, D.C. - Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and Puerto Rico Resident Commissioner in Washington Jenniffer González proposed amending PROMESA to prohibit a firm advising the Oversight Board from also proving services to Puerto Rico’s elected government under the oversight of the Board.
