Washington D. C. - The chairman of the U.S. House Committee on Agriculture, Republican Glenn “GT” Thompson, wants to “inquiry” whether Puerto Rico has the infrastructure to implement the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), a concern raised by a study commissioned by the federal Department of Agriculture.
