The Hostosian National Independence Movement (MINH) stated that the report from the U.S. Department of State—which denounces the ties between pro-independence sectors in Puerto Rico that have been allies of the Cuban revolution—“constitutes a new attempt to delegitimize the peoples’ struggles for self-determination,” thereby criminalizing international solidarity.
