The renowned Puerto Rican painter Antonio Martorell spent the past year working with community organizations to, through art, to educate and raise awareness about the value of water and the importance of conserving it—an effort that took on greater significance when, in early summer, water supply problems worsened due to administrative and infrastructure deficiencies and a prolonged drought.
