The concrete state of natural resources in Puerto Rico is uncertain, given the failure of the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (DRNA) to prepare an Environmental Report for the past six years, which it is required by law to submit every year to know the condition of the environment, while doubts persist about the new vision of the federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and its priorities.
