Washington - The nine justices of the U.S. Supreme Court will head tomorrow an oral hearing that may bring a clue on whether there is atmosphere to grant, through judicial channels, the extension of the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program to Puerto Rico or whether they will leave the matter in the hands of Congress.
