Eight days before the signing of the $5.887 billion failed contract for temporary power generation, the board of directors of Power Expectations approved a resolution granting itself the authority to designate Jhoby Weaks as Enchanted Rock’s authorized representative, even though its parent company, ERock Inc., maintains that it never authorized the company to be part of the agreement.
