Javelin Global Commodities, the company that had withdrawn from the temporary power generation procurement process that resulted in the now-canceled contract with Power Expectations, has notified the government of its willingness to return to the negotiating table, although under requirements similar to those that led the Public-Private Partnerships Authority (P3A) and its Third-Party Procurement Office (3PPO) to reject its bid.
