PHILADELPHIA, Pennsylvania - The Democratic National Convention yesterday ratified the government platform about Puerto Rico that promotes the ability to vote for the president of the US, parity in healthcare programs, and a status where, unlike now, the Island's Puerto Ricans can elect those who approve all its laws.
