The Puerto Rico Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTOP) is revising the original design of a project that includes a roundabout and other street improvements near El Morro in Old San Juan, with the goal of reducing its “environmental and historical impact” on the area, according to Secretary Edwin González Montalvo.
