If you’ve noticed that the days and nights in Puerto Rico are getting hotter, you’re not crazy. Last Wednesday alone, 42 municipalities were under a heat warning; the day before, it was 27. Now, a newly released study reaffirmed that temperatures have increased since 1970 due to accelerated climate warming. And these changes, although they have been occurring for millions of years, have amplified in pace across the island.
