In kicking off the Mitigation Grant Program (CDBG-MIT), the Department of Housing signed yesterday an agreement with the Puerto Rico Aqueducts and Sewers Authority (PRASA) for $35 million to install four power generators at the La Plata dam and to develop a water treatment plant in Salinas.
