With days to go before the end of the year, the hospitals, the Police, mental health and animal rescuers are preparing to deal with a pattern they already know well: the damage caused by pyrotechnics. In view of these unfortunate situations that continue to be repeated, experts in different fields urged caution with explosive devices, and invited citizens to seek other alternatives for fun, in which vulnerable populations are not affected.
