LUMA Energy completed on Wednesday its first year operating the transmission and distribution system, and the consortium’s executives took the opportunity to review the “challenges” of the past 12 months, such as the “neglected state” of the grid; some of the company’s “achievements,” like the creation of a mobile application; and its “vision for the future,” which includes the integration of renewable sources and projects with federal post-disaster recovery funds.
