During the past four-year term, the Municipality of San Juan paid nearly half a million dollars to the lobbying firm Capitol Counsel, with an office in Washington D.C. and where it was in charge of lobbying the administration of President Joe Biden in favor of measures for Puerto Rico’s capital.
