Almost five months after the Puerto Rico Public-Private Partnerships Authority (P3A) Alliances Committee selected the company that would operate the Electric Power Authority’s (PREPA) generation plants, the agency assured that the process “is still ongoing” and that it is still in the negotiation stage.
