Jenniffer González’s administration has identified more than $26 million in extraordinary expenses associated with the drought period that the country has experienced over the past several weeks, the Financial Oversight and Management Board (FOMB) detailed in a communication authorizing an extension of the use of the emergency reserve through September 10.
