The Carraízo Reservoir will not see its water level rise until between 12 and 15 inches of rain are recorded across the region encompassing the municipalities of San Lorenzo, Caguas, Trujillo Alto, Juncos, Gurabo, Aguas Buenas, and Las Piedras, which are part of the Río Grande de Loíza watershed that primarily feeds the reservoir.
