The sample of registered voters has little knowledge about the recent debate and resulting conclusions regarding the so-called Sánchez Valle case, which was seen in the US Supreme Court to deal with a legal jurisdiction issue. The US Supreme Court essentially decreed that the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico has no self-determination regarding criminal cases.
