One year and seven months after its presentation, Puerto Rico’s Senate will finally consider this coming Monday the Plan for Mitigation, Adaptation and Resilience to Climate Change, although it will be an amended and reduced version focused on ensuring the viability of airports and addressing the coastal erosion and extreme heat, anticipated this Thursday Senator Marissa Jiménez Santoni, president of the joint commission in charge of evaluating the document.
