Skeel hopes Judge Swain will uphold PREPA’s Plan of Adjustment
David Skeel, chair of the Oversight Board, described the latest version of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority’s plan of adjustment (PREPA-POA) as “fair” and expressed hopes that U.S. District Judge Laura Taylor Swain would approve the proposal once the confirmation hearing process under PROMESA is completed.
