The Puerto Rico Senate President, Thomas Rivera Schatz, downplayed on Tuesday the issue of what should happen to the Energy Czar, Josué Colón Ortiz, in light of questions regarding his involvement in the contracting process for Power Expectations, and maintained that the government’s priority should be to identify an alternative to secure the temporary power generation that the electrical grid needs.
