WASHINGTON, D.C. - When presidential candidates seek the Puerto Rican vote in Florida, they usually travel along Interstate 4 in the center of the state, which runs through the areas with the largest Puerto Rican populations, from Daytona Beach to Tampa, passing through Orlando.
