Washington – House Speaker Rafael “Tatito” Hernández has asked Joe Biden’s administration for guidelines on the transition that foreign companies in Puerto Rico will face if, as planned, next January they stop benefitting from the federal credit for the Puerto Rico excise tax under Act 154-2010.
