The Supreme Court ordered on Monday to disqualify the candidates of the Citizen Victory Movement (MVC) for at-large seats in the Legislature Mariana Nogales Molinelli, Gladys Myrna Conty, Rafael Bernabe Riefkohl and Alejandro Santiago Calderón, but maintained Ana Irma Rivera Lassen’s candidacy for resident commissioner in Washington for the November 5 general elections.
